Y50 Site

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains what Y50 Site stores when you build and publish a website, why we store it, and what control you have over it.

What we collect

When you create a Y50 Site account we store your email address and, if you provide one, a display name. Everything you build — websites, pages, sections, uploaded media and domain settings — is stored so we can save your work and serve your published site.

For published websites we record anonymous page views (page, referrer, timestamp and a temporary session identifier) so you can see visitor statistics. We do not sell this data and we do not use it for advertising.

How we use your data

Your data is used to operate the product: authenticating you, saving drafts, publishing websites, serving media, verifying custom domains and showing your analytics. We also use it to investigate problems you report to support.

Security and access

Website data is protected by row-level security in our database: only your account can read or change your websites, pages, media and domains. Uploaded media is stored in a private bucket and served through our own endpoint.

You can enable two-step verification from Account Settings for an extra layer of protection.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, change your password, unpublish a website, delete a website, or remove uploaded media at any time from inside the app. To request full deletion of your account and all associated data, email support.

Third parties

We rely on infrastructure providers for hosting, database and storage. Custom domain verification performs a public DNS lookup for the hostname you enter. We do not share your account data with advertisers.
