By using Y50 Site you agree to these terms. They cover how you may use the builder, what you may publish, and how domains and accounts work.
Using Y50 Site
Y50 Site is a website builder by Y50 Studio. You may use it to create, publish and host websites you have the right to publish. You are responsible for the content you upload and publish, and for keeping your account credentials safe.
Acceptable content
Do not publish content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, impersonates others, spreads malware, or is used for phishing or fraud. We may unpublish a website that breaks these rules.
Your content stays yours
You keep ownership of the text, images and design choices you add to your websites. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and serve that content so your website can be published.
Subdomains and custom domains
Published websites get a Y50 address. Subdomains are assigned on a first-come basis and must not be misleading or infringe a trademark. Connecting your own domain requires DNS records that you control; keeping those records valid is your responsibility.
Service availability
We work to keep the builder and published websites available, but the service is provided as is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copies of important content.
Ending your use
You can stop using Y50 Site at any time and delete your websites. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or repeatedly break these terms.
